This is Stella and Kaia, my 2 favorite nieces. Ok I only have 2 nieces. I love them so much and of course spoil them rotten.
Chris, Sarah and Kaia went up to Seattle to visit Dave, Rachel and Stella.
Dave and Rachel are expecting a new little guy here any day. They have remodeled there whole basement to make room for the new addition. They are having a little boy and I believe his name is going to be Nash Adam Cagen. So adroable. Fits that family perfect.

IN LOVING MEMORY OF GRANDPA

October 3, 1923 - July 21, 2008


Well for those of you that do not already know, my grandpa died suddenly on Monday July 21, 2008. He was a loved grandpa, daddy, friend, great grandpa and role model. He will be missed dearly. It has been a tough week or so but we will all get through it. He will never be forgotten in anyones mind. He would always make you smile or laugh no matter what. If you ever got the HONK BUZZZZ GEECH you will know what I am talking about. We all went to Idaho for the beautiful services. Grandpa was creamated and is sitting on the shelf in his house right above his favorite chair, there he will always be able to watch over grandma and keep her protected.

Grandpa we love you and miss you so much. One day we will be able to be together again.

Baseball in Corvalis......

Ok so this kid is amazing......this is my cousin Joe. He just graduated from Judge Highschool in SLC, Utah. Joe has been pitching in baseball since I can even remember. WOW this kids got an arm. He was just recently up in Corvalis, Oregon playing summer ball, so my Mom and I made the drive up to see him pitch (its only and hour and twenty minutes). He only pitched 1 inning cause he was tired and had pitched the night before, I think the only reason he pitched was cause we came from Portland and he felt bad. :-) It was hot so I totally understand. It was good to see him play. Great game Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joe was drafted in the 39th round to go pro by the Phillies. I am not sure if he has a set plan on what he is gonna do. He may go pro or he may go to college at the UofU and play his college years first. Good luck Joe and look forward to more games.

BTW........Baseball guys are HOTTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know they are recently graduated highschoolers are to young but WOWzers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know I am a nerd.

I just wanted to share that my lovely Mom and Aunt Becky turned 50 on July 3rd, 2008. They look no older than 25! :-) I love you both so so much and wish you both 50 more. I know you guys have been through so much this past year or so and wanted to say how proud of you guys I am for keeping your heads up even through the toughest times. You guys are great role models and look up to you both so so much. I could not ask for a better Mom or Aunt.

Ok so for Becky, I cannot express how proud of you I am. You have been through one of the toughest things anyone could ever go through in life. You have been nothing but positive and had a great spirit. Even through the times when you wanted to just give up, you didnt. Wow what an amazing person you are. There is no one else out there like you. Look forward to many many more bdays with you. Happy Birthday! I love you so so much. Thanks for being who you are.

Now for my Mommy, oh mom, I cannot believe you are 50. It seems like yesterday that I was born, from what I remember anyway. :-) Thanks for being my Mom, I could not ask for a better Mom. You are my role model,my soul mate, my inspiration, my best friend, the person that is always there for me no matter what, etc. The list goes on. You are the bestest Mom ever and I could not be prouder of you. You to have been through alot of ups and downs this past year. You have been nothing but positive and a good support system for those who have needed you. You are the most amazing lady I know and I hope that one day when Iron and I start a family that I will be as good of mom as you have been to me. Happy 50th Birthday!!!! I love you so so much. Thanks for being my Mom.
